Read moreHi to all those who are interested, A few years ago I had a chair Model Stannah 260 in my mother’s house. I did extensive research on all that was on the market and even to caretakers in the field who had experiences with people who had installed different chairs. Also because my mother lives in a cottage with a spiral staircase with a curve and I needed to find somebody that really knew what they were doing. The quality was important also and especially the after-sale service because I heard stories of people that had problems after the installation and they had to wait a week before somebody came to do the repairs. I really was surprised and happy with the service I received when I had a few problems such as changing the battery and a few adjustments and they came the same day every time. So I am so grateful to them because thanks to them my mother can continue living in her home and that was really important to me.
Since April 2017 I use my stairlift many times a day. I live in a 3 story house with an indoor garage in the basement and bedrooms on the top floor. I had 3 estimates for purchase and installation and the choice was a no-brainer. ‘En mouvement’ was an easy choice: impeccable professional service, pertinent advise and reliable service during and after installation. (Mme Martyne St-George) Having the chairlift in my home means that I now have more energy for the activities I enjoy like strolling with my dog, bicycling, gardening etc. Walking up 3 flights of stairs several times a day always left me short of breath and consequently with no energy. For me personally the chair-lift has been a ‘life-changing’ purchase.
